This 1996 Monk 36 Trawler is, USCG documented, Nova Scotia built, semi displacement hull with a full keel. 2023 Interlux Micron CSC ablative bottom paint, new zincs, complete below water bonding system. 3900 hours on reliable 135 Perkins gets 1.3 gph, 1400 mile tank range, velvet drive transmission with 1 3/4” prop shaft with drip less seal. Lower helm and enclosed isinglass upper helm, both with: Garmin chart plotter; radar; autopilot; GPS; Robertson depth sounders; and bow and stern thruster controls. Upper helm has ICON VHF radio. Thrusters are on dedicated AGM batteries and chargers. 680 amp hour battery bank with upgraded wiring, 250 watt solar panels, 1500 watt Outback inverter/charger, led lighting, dual 16,000 BTU air conditioners, Onan 8kw generator with starter battery. 1005 hours on generator. Complete 1000 hour service performed in May 2022. 120 gallon water tanks, 35 lb CQR anchor with 125’ 3/8” chain with 125’ rode, windless with wash down, extra 35lb Fortress anchor with 30’ of rode,  6 black cylinders fenders, two white 25” ball fenders, two fender cradles (stores four fenders), 2019 Zodiac ribbed dinghy with 2019 9.9hp Yamaha four stroke engine, custom davit, swim platform w/ ladder, three large dock boxes, six PFD’s, 2019 dock lines, two 35’ spring lines, four 35’ 30 amp electrical cords, two 50amp by 30 amp spreader. Aft Cabin with centerline queen berth, two reading lamps, port side has three wardrobe lockers, starboard side has long shelf with three drawers and three large cabinets beneath. Overhead hatch and screen. En suite with electric macerator and lighted shower, custom countertop and sink, medicine cabinet, two mirrors and two towel racks. Salon with L-shaped settee with storage below, high low table with folding leafs, high low captains chair, teak and rosewood sole throughout, teak cabinetry and trim, teak ceiling mounted hand holds, custom door screens on starboard and port side doors.

Galley with granite like countertop, upgraded Norcold refrigerator/freezer 12v or 120v, three burner propane stovetop and oven, gimbal mounted, wine glass rack, spice rack, toaster oven, white Corelle dinnerware, plastic glasses, silverware, pots and pans, utensils, hot pads and towels.
