Being the first person a customer sees or speaks with requires a high level of professionalism and courtesy.  Receptionists provide general administrative support while greeting customers and handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.  This position has the most potential for special projects and supporting all departments.  This is a stationary position.

Executive Assistant – Service

The service office must be organized, efficient, and helpful to both technicians and customers.  Making sure that each technician has enough work and has the tools they need for the work must be a priority.  Customer communication and follow-ups lead to higher levels of customer service.  This position supports the Service Manager in leading the Service Department to success.

Accounting Assistant

The key role of an employee who works as an Accounts Receivable is to ensure their company receives payments for goods and services, recording these transactions accurately. To succeed in this role, you should be a skilled and thorough researcher with excellent communication and record-keeping skills. You must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated, with strong math and computer skills.
