Apprenticeship Program

When you apply to an apprenticeship program, you are committing to a system of training comprised of on-the-job, classroom, and reading components to become skilled in a profession and to begin a career. This is a two year training program designed to train and introduce you to the marine industry while you actively contribute to a successful team. You will be a participant in your learning and success, you will gain the skills to continue as a Marine Technician with one of the leading and most respected companies in the area. This is a serious commitment and it isn’t just a job; we are passionate individuals who excel and demand quality in everything we do.

Compensation

$16.00 per hour starting rate
Health insurance after 90 days
8% retirement contribution following eligibility requirements
