Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department. Work with the President and Leadership Team to meet the financial objectives of IBS. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years work experience as an Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Finance Manager, and a CPA is preferred. Not only will this person have the proven knowledge in bookkeeping and accounting practices, but will also have experience managing a small, effective team.
Accounting Assistant – Accounts Receivable
Support the Accounting department and provide financial, administrative, and clerical services. We are looking for someone with previous work experience in accounting and who can demonstrate an understanding of basic accounting principles. This position requires an organized individual who is willing to be taught and wants to be an active team member. We seek someone who can contribute to a positive work environment.
Provide technical support and customer service to all users for all technical and system related matters. This is a customer service-oriented position that focuses on supporting internal customers to be able to work efficiently and complete job tasks on time. We have three locations with technical needs that include software maintenance, computer applications and systems, and phone systems. We are looking for someone who can communicate positively in all forms of communication including phone calls, emails, and in-person to provide solutions to immediate needs.
