We will be selling all new boat lines, as well as, brokerage boats out of this location. We currently have a successful Sales Person at the helm of the Sales Team. We are looking for someone to learn from him and to help us make this a successful sales venture. The successful person in this role will be outgoing and hardworking, someone who will be willing to jump in at any part of the operation, and is not above any task. Positive communication skills and a team oriented attitude is a must and we can teach the rest.
In the absence of the Store Manager, this position will make the day-to-day decisions and support the Retail Sales Assistants in selling our product and providing excellent customer service. The successful person will be able to learn product details quickly and successfully communicate with all customers, as well as, all retail employees. The ideal person will want to teach and lead a small group of people, with a focus on fun and upselling!
These individuals will keep our stores clean and showcase our products in an effective manner while providing excellent customer service to all who walk through the door. Learning new skills and new products while honing effective communication skills will occur daily. Each Member will spend a day out on the docks too, as a dock attendant – sharing information about our store, cleaning up the docks, helping transient customers and answering customer questions.
This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position that requires finesse in driving trucks with trailers, driving boats, communicating positively with customers, and having patience while enjoying a long season. Good pay and a great team environment. Must be 18 years or older.
