Marine Mechanic – Harbor Springs, Charlevoix, Traverse City – Northern Michigan
- 5+ years’ experience working as a marine technician
- Identified area of expertise: paint and gelcoat repair or mechanical or sailboat rigging or varnish and woodworking or CDL/boat moving
- Active team player, willing to help out in all areas of need
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs, to lift up to 50 pounds consistently, and to get on/off in and around boats of varying sizes
- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
- Willingness to learn and advance knowledge and skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact positively with people
- Driver’s license and clean driving record

Our founder, Dave Irish, started the Company in Harbor Springs, Michigan, and added Charlevoix and Traverse City locations.
